Melbourne & regional Victoria

We find the mould,
and we fix it.

Mould and moisture, pests, balconies and wet-area leaks. Plenty of firms will tell you what is wrong. Most of our work is the part that comes next: controlled remediation, structural drying and the repairs that stop it coming back.

What we get called in for

Investigation & remediation

Mould growth spreading across an interior wall and ceiling corner
01

Mould & moisture

Moisture mapping, thermal imaging and targeted sampling, then containment, HEPA cleaning, controlled removal and structural drying.

Printed inspection report pages beside a moisture meter
02

Pests

Mice, termites, timber borers, cockroaches and spiders: the activity, the conducive conditions, then treatment and proofing.

Stepped crack through brickwork and render on a house exterior
03

Balconies

Staged retrospective testing to isolate the defect, then non-destructive epoxy resin injection with the serviceable tiles left in place.

Technician scanning an interior wall with a thermal imaging camera
04

Wet-area leaks

Separating plumbing faults from failed seals, drainage and waterproofing, then the pipework, sealing and waterproofing repairs.

The part most people skip

Cleaning the surface is not remediation.

If the material is still wet or the source is still active, mould comes back. We correct or control the moisture first, then contain the work area, remove the porous material that cannot be safely retained, clean what can stay, and dry the structure with regular moisture checks. Reinstatement waits until the area meets the agreed completion criteria.

  • Containment and HEPA-filtered air management
  • Controlled removal, bagging and disposal
  • Structural drying and final readings
  • Independent post-remediation verification

How a job runs

The same sequence whether it is a single bathroom or a whole building.

01

Investigate

Establish the history, map the affected area with moisture readings and thermal imaging, and work out what is getting wet and why.

02

Confirm

Staged water testing, borescope access and targeted sampling, used only where the result will change the scope.

03

Remediate

Containment, HEPA-filtered air management, controlled removal, cleaning, structural drying, resin injection or repair.

04

Verify

Final moisture readings, completion photographs, post-repair testing and independent clearance where the project needs it.

Where we work

Metropolitan Melbourne and well beyond it. We travel regularly for country work: farmhouses, sheds and outbuildings, off-grid builds and small-town renovations where getting a straight answer, let alone a competent remediation crew, is not always easy.

Send through photos and a short description and we will tell you what we would test first, what it is likely to be, and what the remediation would involve.
