Mould and moisture investigation
Visible growth, musty odours and damp materials tell you there is moisture somewhere, not where it started. We map the affected area with electronic moisture readings and thermal imaging, check accessible plumbing, roofing, wet areas, drainage and ventilation, and use borescope access or sampling only where the result will answer a useful question.

Mould remediation and structural drying
This is the bulk of what we do. Containment and occupant protection, HEPA-filtered air management, controlled removal of porous material that cannot be safely retained, detailed HEPA vacuuming and damp wiping, structural drying with ongoing moisture checks, controlled bagging and disposal, then completion photographs and final readings. Independent post-remediation verification can be arranged where the project calls for it.

Mice, termites, timber borers, cockroaches and spiders. We identify the activity, the conducive conditions and how they are getting in: entry points, moisture, harbourage, timber condition and adjoining areas, so the treatment is aimed at the cause rather than the sighting.

Balcony retrospective testing
Staining below a balcony does not prove the whole waterproofing system has failed. We test in stages, tile joints, perimeter and movement seals, door thresholds, outlets and falls, penetrations and balustrade fixings, while monitoring the room below, so the result points to a component rather than a guess.

Non-destructive balcony remediation
Where testing isolates a local defect and the tiled system is suitable, low-viscosity epoxy resin injection and sealing can repair it with the serviceable tiles left in place: far less dust, noise, disruption and waste. We check tile bond, substrate, falls, drainage and movement first, and say plainly when injection is not the right repair.

Wet-area and water leak detection
Water travels along slabs, cavities, pipes and framing and surfaces well away from the fault. Using licensed plumbers and staged building tests we separate plumbing faults from failed seals, drainage, waterproofing, rainwater entry and condensation. More than one issue is often present.

Once the source is confirmed we carry out the repair: pipework and waste rectification, shower screen and junction resealing, grout and sealant renewal, floor waste and waterproofing repairs, drying of affected material, and reinstatement of finishes, with post-repair testing to confirm the fix held.

Reinstatement waits until the moisture source has been repaired or controlled and the area has dried. Work is paused if suspected asbestos, unsafe electrical conditions, structural damage or extensive concealed mould needs specialist assessment. We do not claim permanent prevention or complete removal: no treatment holds while the underlying condition remains unresolved.
