Pest control investigation
Find the pest activity and how it is getting in
Droppings, nesting material or repeat sightings may not show the full extent of a pest problem. Activity can continue in roof spaces, subfloors, service gaps and other concealed areas.
We inspect the areas we can safely reach, record the evidence and look for likely entry and nesting points. That information guides the treatment, proofing and follow-up.
What we check
- Live activity, droppings, nesting material and visible damage.
- Accessible roof spaces, subfloors, storage areas and service zones.
- Gaps around doors, vents, roofing and service penetrations.
- Food, waste, vegetation and moisture that may be supporting the activity.
- Accessible nesting and harbourage areas.
- Previous treatment areas and possible reasons the problem has returned.
Report and recommended action
The report sets out:
- The pest activity observed or suspected.
- Affected and adjoining areas.
- Likely entry and nesting points.
- Conditions that may be helping the pests remain.
- Recommended treatment, proofing and follow-up.
- Areas that could not be safely accessed or fully inspected.
Concealed activity may require limited access or a follow-up visit. Termite, timber-pest and regulated-species inspections must be completed by a suitably qualified specialist.
