A spray or bait on its own may not stop a pest problem from coming back. The active pest, its access points and the conditions helping it stay all need to be considered.
We match the treatment and proofing work to the inspection findings and the building, rather than using a one-size-fits-all package.
Treatment and proofing
- Baiting, trapping or an approved treatment suited to the pest.
- Treatment of accessible nesting and harbourage areas.
- Removal of accessible nesting debris where included.
- Sealing suitable gaps and service penetrations with mesh, barriers or other practical proofing.
- Advice on waste, food storage, vegetation and moisture management.
- Follow-up inspections and activity monitoring when needed.
Active pests are dealt with before entry points are sealed, reducing the risk of trapping them inside the building.
Safe use and realistic outcomes
Where licensing is required, treatment is completed by a licensed technician and used in line with the product directions. We explain any access, ventilation, re-entry, child or pet precautions before the visit.
Concealed nests, neighbouring properties, limited access and outstanding maintenance can affect the result. Established or recurring activity may take more than one visit.
